Established a joint company “MEGA FUJI GRAPHITE CO., LTD.” with Megachem (Thailand) Public Company Limited which is listed on the Second Section of the Thailand Stock Exchange. (Thailand subsidiary) Capital: 35,000,000 Bath, Fuji Graphite Industry Co., Ltd. acquired 51% of shares.
